It was made in the USA on a giant tag and is a size medium.

There is some fading throughout and major cracking in the print. 

There is a tiny hole on the right shoulder, otherwise it is in very good condition. 

Measures 19" across the shoulders, 21" from pit to pit and 25" from the neckline to the bottom hem.
