Made by 3D Emblem in fort worth Texas but the tag is missing. Fits like a slim size XL with a little extra length. Please see measurements below. 

Some cracking in the graphic and heavy fading around the neck. There are no holes or imperfections.

Made of 100% cotton and it is a single stitch.

Measures 22" across the shoulders, 23" across the chest and 33" in length.
