Early 2000's vintage brown cord skirt by Tommy Hilfiger.

Low rise fit which is made to sit on the hips, not at the waist.

Tag size 8 and it was made in Oman of 98% cotton with 2 % spandex.

New condition overall, there is no fading or imperfections. 

Measures 16" across the top with a 6" rise and 21" from the top to bottom.
